Adult Psychiatrist - Geriatric Psychiatry  (Philadelphia)

We need a permanent Psychiatrist for a full-time opportunity in gero-psychiatry with our medical center Client. Your time will be split between Inpatient and Outpatient service with paid on-call only 4 times per year. Our Client offers excellent benefits and a very competitive salary. 

Your Inpatient role will be to provide psychiatric expertise, intake and discharge summaries, prescribing and signing orders and monitoring and treatment of the patient's  medical condition. Duties will include determining the patients degree of infirmity and necessity for continued inpatient stay  In Outpatient you will  conduct clinical psych assessments and evaluations and provide ongoing med management

Requirements; 

PA licensed,  Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrist 2 year's experience in the field of gerontology. An understanding of hospital protocols,  Current DEA authorization.
