Our client, a global technology firm with US headquarters in suburban Detroit, has an immediate opening for a transactional attorney to join their team. This position, which will support senior management with day to day matters including HR, contracts, leases, vendor agreements and other transactional matters as they arise. Additionally they may manage outside litigation and support senior firm management in day to day operation decisions as they arise..
