Prominent boutique law firm in Montgomery County has an immediate need for an associate to join their Orphans’ Court

Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented litigator to work in a dynamic and

growing environment, focusing on meaningful cases that impact families and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

 Represent clients in Orphans’ Court proceedings, including matters related to estate

disputes, guardianships, and trust administration.

 Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice to clients navigating complex probate,

trust, and guardianship issues.

 Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and briefs.

 Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.

 Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners and clients to develop case strategies and

represent clients in court hearings and trials.

 Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service and

attention to detail.

Qualifications:

 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

 A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated track record of

successful outcomes.

 Strong understanding of the litigation process a must, knowledge of probate law, estate

planning and guardianship issues a plus.

 Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.

 Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Expertise in estate and trust law not required.
