The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of complex litigation experience. It's imperative for this position that the candidate enjoys the role of research and writing. While they will have the opportunity to get more involved with the cases as well, research and writing will be a significant component of the position. This firm would also consider a more  senior  candidate looking to return to the work in a strictly research/writing position.
