Fantastic Montgomery & Bucks County law firm has an immediate need for a Senior Attorney with 8+ years experience. Will work on a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts, to represent and defends school districts in all aspects of litigation involving claims for civil rights violations, general liability matters, and labor and employment issues, such as employment discrimination, retaliation, and violations of federal laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act.

Ideal candidate will have Education Law experience, but firm will also consider candidates with civil rights, employment discrimination, HRC, EEOC experience. Must have federal court litigation experience.
