Prominent catastrophic personal injury firm based in Center City, has an immediate need for an attorney to help lead their intake. In this role the attorney will be speaking to potential firm clients in efforts to determine if they have a case and if the firm is interested in signing them up. This attorney will also help assign cases to various departments, as well as conduct research on the cases. This position is unique in that the role does not involve actively litigating cases. The candidate will not be required to take depositions, file motions, or appear in court. Additionally, the candidate has the option to work primarily remote should they choose. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least five years of plaintiff's personal injury experience. They should be comfortable speaking with clients and understand the time sensitive nature of these matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has practiced in a personal injury setting and no longer wishes to actively litigate cases.
