Prominent full service law firm in Montgomery County, has an immediate need for a mid-senior level Trust & Estates attorney. This position will work closely with a senior partner of the firm handling both estate planning as well as administration for high net-worth individuals. The firm has significant flexibility in the type of arrangement that can be offered, and would consider candidates in less than full time capacity. There is also significant long term potential not only for partnership, but to inherit a practice. The firm is open to considering  candidates with as little as 3 or 4 years experience through partner. Candidates are not required to have a book of business though the firm would welcome one. There is also significant hybrid flexibility for this role as candidates are not required to be in the office everyday. The firm is offering a highly competitive compensation package for this role.
