Wonderful mid-sized Montgomery County firm seeks an associate with 6+ year's experience in representing businesses, business transactional and corporate matters. An interest in assisting senior attorneys in matters involving business planning, transactions, contracts, M&A, employment law and commercial litigation. General counsel experience useful. This position will afford the candidate an opportunity to learn, grow and develop expertise commensurate with the candidate's capabilities and the needs of the firm.
