Prominent international real estate development and management firm located in Philadelphia's western suburbs, has an immediate need for a SVP/Assistant General Counsel. This position will report directly to the General Counsel and will act as division counsel for one of the fastest growing verticals of the business. The position is heavily transactional in nature and is best suited for a candidate that brings with them a Real Estate or Corporate transactional background at either a law firm, in-house role, or both. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience with top academic credentials as well.
