Prominent, fast-growing mid-sized law firm based in Philadelphia has an immediate need for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is an excellent career opportunity for a marketer to work directly with attorneys under the guidance of the firm’s marketing director. Requires someone who is business-savvy, creative, and resourceful, with strong communication and interpersonal skills who thrives on working with firm leadership daily.

What you’ll do:

• Continue to build and expand the firm’s brand.
• Work with firm leadership to develop and implement marketing plans, while managing the overall marketing of the firm.
• Drive the firm’s PR activities, working both independently and in connection with the firm’s PR agency.
• Develop and implement strategies across marketing mediums: internet, SEO, direct consumer, events, networking, lawyer conferences, and more.
• Monitor, analyze, and utilize competitive research of direct and indirect competitors to give the firm a sustainable competitive advantage by capitalizing on opportunities and defending against threats.
• Direct content marketing via social media channels, the firm’s website, and other digital media; online press releases, blog posts, 

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of progressive marketing or business development management experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that increased revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business Administration or another related field.
• Excellent decision-making and analytical skills. Strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a focus on efficiency and leveraging internal and external resources.
