Prominent mid-sized suburban law firm has an immediate need for talented Land Use attorney with at least 2-5 years experience in land use, zoning or litigation.  Firm is willing to consider candidates with litigation experience who are interested in transitioning to Land Use.  Candidates will represent developers, entrepreneurs, institutions in land use, zoning matters, tax assessment appeals and related litigation.   Candidates must have strong desire and willingness to practice in land use and understand the time commitments (i..e. “night meetings”).  This position will require a large volume of research and writing assignments as well as the ability to handle arguments, meetings and hearings..
