Fantastic mid-sized Montgomery County law firm is in search of a high level Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner of the firm
Perfect opportunity for a legal administrative assistant who is “take charge”; they will read every email and piece of mail; draft basic emails; letters; etc. Must be EXTREMELY proficient with Word; advanced numbering; formatting and stylizing documents; using format paintbrush, comparing documents; dealing with document versions. Candidate must be a career minded legal administrative assistant who wants to work with an attorney who is very busy on a daily basis. Individual must be comfortable managing attorneys calendar; contacts; workload. Must be comfortable reviewing prebills for accuracy and for working with the firm’s accounts receivable analyst on attorneys accounts.
Attorneys practice areas include: corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and sometimes estates and trusts.
