The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is comfortable and experienced handling lending and loan documentation work. The candidate should also be comfortable reading corporate documents, assisting in coordinating simple leases, as well as drafting resolutions. This candidate should also be able to prepare closing documents and generally handle a closing. This firm works on a different model and does not have billable hours for their attorneys or paralegals. They have a tight knit culture and are comprised of former big firm attorneys who wanted to change the way law is practiced.
