Boutique Main Line law firm that specializes in Consumer Protection Litigation, has an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal to join their firm. This position, which will work directly with the three attorneys at the firm, will have independent responsibility for their own caseload. The paralegal should be able to draft  initial discovery, review documents, handle research, and be comfortable responding to discovery requests. This firm is not a "mill" and is selective in the cases they bring in. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of litigation experience either handling commercial, class action or employment litigation; preferably at a large firm but this is not a requirement. The firm offers a very competitive starting salary along with excellent benefits with individual healthcare covered mostly by the firm. Candidates should be comfortable working in a small firm environment.
